I'm currently working on a website and I need some advice. I'm trying to design my homepage so I have a slide show of sorts to display all of my articles. For instance, I have a large image that the user can click to go to that article. Then after a few seconds, the image goes away in some form then another article appears. And at the bottom there's thumbnails so the user can click on one of them for the big preview above it to change. If you need a point of reference, you can go to machinima.com

Thanks for your help!

Try using something in jQuery. If you can't code one yourself, there are a lot of modifiable content-sliders you can use on your own site. One, which seems to be quite popular, is the NivoSlider. Just do a google search for jQuery Content Sliders, and you'll find quite the array of tutorials and free cut-n-paste codes. Best of all, you don't need flash XD
