It really depends I believe that on flash sited or flash players its relying mostly on your CPU instead of GPU. For example: I have a really great CPU/GPU but when i go to watch a 1080p youtube video my GPU stays the same but my CPU goes sky high and I am not fully informed on this issue but that's what I believe is going on.
