I see no problems here. Your socket type and processor match up, and it looks as if everything will fit into the case. Are you planning on just using onboard graphics and no graphics card? |

Everything is compatible, however, I would recommend making a few changes: 1- That hard drive is overpriced. You can get something much larger for a heck of a lot cheaper. Shop around. 2- Get this processor instead. It's less than $20 more, but is quad-core, a second gen CPU (vs the 1st gen one that you picked out), and has better integrated graphics. 3- If you get the above processor, get this mobo. It's cheap and gets decent reviews. You'll make up for the extra cost in the processor with this mobo since it's cheaper. 4- Get a larger PSU (like a 400 watt one). That one is extremely limited. 5- Don't forget a CD drive.

I would get two sticks of RAM so that you enable dual channeling which is better than single channeling which is what you will get if you only use one stick. |

yes they all fit together however if you're planning on running the computer with integrated graphics I cannot understand why you'd choose intel, one of their major weaknesses are their integrated graphics to which I say go AMD fusion. Even the cheapest A series processor is many times as powerful as intel integrated graphics, however the CPU is slower. An A8 which is the fastest is depending on use about the same processing power as the core i5, but the graphics performance is just uncomparable. And it's also cheaper.. |

I am making a friend a low end pc. He runs a web show and just needs something to maby have a preview window and read articles or stuff like that. I already have a Radeon HD 6970, an amazing video card I'm going to put in it because it will run a 42'' tv and a 24'' monitor. I am also going to get a better power supply too. |
