it depends on how you are logging into or get into your account :) if you long in through facebook just go to facebook and remove locker gnome from the ( Trusted list) or approved list that is the quickest way . . if you added your name and address and website with a password if you cant find a remove my account button just go to your account settings and remove all your info click the save button that will m ake you unknown on the forum .. thoughI can tell you right now if you have a website or ever plan on having a web site for what ever purpose having an account here on locker gnome and using it gives you and you connect the same user name to the site or URL having an account with lots of post here will givcwe you a big advantage with the search sites such as google bing and so on .. and no matter what the masses would have you believe about promoting a website the key to rank is having your name and information involved in as many other sites as possible I can tell you right now the three best sights to connect weith fot this purpose are linkedin facebook and locker gnome not sure why that is I do it holds true .. the more posts and connection to Facebook LinkedIn and locker gnome you have the higher in rank you get oddly the same does not hold true for G+ you can post and use G+ till your blue in the face you can follow a million or more users without people following you and recommendation gets you no where .. 1
how is it possible it didnt help you when you come here you click a link to facebook which allowing this stoie to share your facebook info just like you would farmville, citiville on facebook if you go to facebook and cancel the lockergnome aproval they will not have access to you info hence you will no longer be registered .. if you are looking for all your posts and question and answers to vanish doubtfull that will happen without help from admin .. 1
I shouldn't have to go onto Facebook to close an account on a different website thats just not helpful thanks ClaassenTech for the link welcome to the internet this is how things have been most every where fora while now most every website for the last at least 2 years maybe more site comfirm who you are by you social Identity usually twitter or facebook though linkedin as well soon no doult google will have a good enough API too .. everything works by plug in today my god the internet is turning in to some huge cataloged network with people who have real names not anonymous cowards whats the world coming too ..
