Trying to explain to my grandfather that opening and playing a game of Solitaire is not the reason Chrome started loading faster lol. It was because he was opening 10+ instances of Chrome. |

Helping my grandfather with accessing his online banking accounts. I was using a remote access program to control his PC which worked fine. However, the bank gave him one of those RSA secured keyfob things to generate an access code. I couldn't see that over remote access. He was having problems reading the small text on the device... an hour later, we were in. |
