Trying to explain to my grandfather that opening and playing a game of Solitaire is not the reason Chrome started loading faster lol. It was because he was opening 10+ instances of Chrome.

Helping them check their cell phone for any messages or who had tried to call them. Or Making sure that their VCR is recording on standard long play recording on three of their VCR's.

Helping my grandfather with accessing his online banking accounts. I was using a remote access program to control his PC which worked fine. However, the bank gave him one of those RSA secured keyfob things to generate an access code. I couldn't see that over remote access. He was having problems reading the small text on the device... an hour later, we were in.
