[closed] I'm locked out of my laptop. Help?

I have an old laptop (Its a windows 2000 professional laptop) that i want to get running again.. My problem is... I don't know the password.. -I do not have install discs. -I can not get into system. -I have a dell 600 Ghost disc (don't know what to do with it). -I dont want to pay to get it unlocked. and -I don't want to have to buy a new laptop.. Please help, this laptop has been sitting here for a little bit and i think it would be easier to work at my desk with another computer at access.
