Smooth Scrolling in Chrome

For some reason, my Chrome seemed to have deleted all of my settings, extensions, etc. I realized it had logged me out, so I logged back in. Most of my extensions returned except one to enable smooth scrolling. It may have simply been called Smooth Scroll, but I don't really remember. Either way, I looked through the Chrome Web Store and couldn't find it. Does anybody have a link to the extension I'm looking for or something similar?
