If you ever have to help anyone with their computer, you know how difficult it can be to tell someone over the phone "Right Click This" etc. It is much easier to connect to their computer remotely using Remote Desktop or VNC (Virtual Network Computing). what do you use for Remote Desktop? Citrix sponsors Chris's videos, and their products like GoToManage, GoToAssist and GoToMeeting work well. Me? I use TeamViewer to connect to my own computer if I'm not at home. To support friends and family, I use TeamViewer QuickSupport which I have uploaded to my NAS Server and I just send them a link in their email, they tell me their code and I'm in and complete the job in 5 minutes. What do you use? |

I use TeamViewer and their QuickSupport tool which I load onto all my my families computers on the desktop so when they need help I tell them to run the file and tell me the code, then I can walk them through whatever they need. |

I use GoToManage (citrix) and Join.me. I had a monitor-less server for a while that I managed via TeamViewer. |

I use TeamViewer, and it's TeamViewer Quick Support. It's easy, simple and efficient. |

I use TeamViewer and absolutely love it's functionality and user experience; it's extremely easy to use and I feel that is even more important when giving tech support as your client will most probably be one less educated in the field. |

For personal use to support friends and family I use Teamviewer. At the office I use ScreenConnect. Both are great support solutions. |

I use Teamviewer, its so easy to use, but for my business I am looking to get GotoAssist by Citrix |
