My Christmas present was an External Drive, so now I want to use a Partition of it for Windows 7, any ideas, no solutions by now :(

You can try this, but the site doesn't have a comment area, so I have no idea how well it works if at all.

Also, it tells you how to do it with Windows XP. I can't imagine that it would be much different with 7. In fact, it would probably be easier.

nope, the latest Boot Camp doesn't support XP or Vista :/, only Windows 7
