Well there is a trick you can do and it will work regardless of platform. You can configure your twitter account to post to facebook by doing the following:

1) Login into your twitter account

2) Access your settings by clicking the person icon at the top right (see image below)

3) Open the profile tab and at the bottom you can configue twitter to automatically post to facebook

Doing so will make life easier since no matter where to post a tweet from, it will always be automatically posted to facebook.

Regarding google+, until now i haven't found a way to automate it

There's an extension that works flawlessly for posting from Google Plus to Facebook. It works for Twitter too, but I don't use Twitter, so I don't know personally. The extension is called Start Google Plus, or just SGPlus. Here's the website: Link.
