Current ISP or Comcast? What would you choose?

Current ISP: Frontier.com Download Rate 3 Mbps Upload Rate 30 Kbps No Bandwidth Cap, No restrictions, price is reasonable

Comcast Download Rate 12 Mbps(15 with Powerboost) 250 GB BW Cap, little more expensive and goes up higher after 12 months

I am always watching videos on the internet, downloading files updating my website, video streaming, so my concern is the bandwidth cap will be an issue. Also my wife DJ's on Second Life so again BW!

I have Road Runner. I get about 20-30Mbps down and about 1Mbps up. The down speed is completely fine but I can't stand the up speed. A single thing like uploading a YouTube video on one computer just makes the rest of the network extremely slow as far as uploading goes.

I use way more than 250GB of bandwidth however so I don't think I would go with Comcast. I've thought about Road Runner Business but I'm not paying $300+ just to get something like 5Mbps down and 2Mbps up. I'd love to have a better ISP where I live but there just aren't any. Road Runner is the only thing available.

Unfortunately my internet choices are Comcast and Frontier, I have been able to do the basics fine with Frontier but with wanting to Livestream weekly I hope I dont need any more bw :)

Considering how much bandwidth you need, I would probably go with the superior broadband connection from Comcast.

interesting, i wonder tho should I measure how much bandwidth my network uses for a month of regular usage and see how close I get?
