this is a good question, I think we may see an implementation of SIRI on it , maybe a new technology such as foldable displays, imagine being able to take a 15 in screen and fold it up to size of a iPhone? Might see it!

If they'd put the iPad in different colors, they'd also have to do that to the iPhone.

I've heard from some Sources the following things:

A6 Processor (Quad Core) Retina Display A bit thicker than iPad 2 Siri implementation Air Play Server Better Cameras

The only Phisical diference is a bit thicker than the iPad 2 (cause of the Retina Display).

Also the Launch date is rushing in to be on Steve Jobs Birthday ;).

iPad 2 would be lowered to $399 as 'Low Cost' iPad.
