So I was playing super mario 3 on a free website and I got a thought, it would be nice to have this for on the go. Do they make a download and emulator for Super Mario 3?

Technically unless you own Super Mario 3 and find a way to get it on to your computer, you would be stealing the game from Nintendo. Pirating games, is not allowed to be discussed on this site.
