If anyone has noticed the new app on facebook with the grave stones saying the user died and a epitaph on it, does anyone know what the "Diagnosed with 12 per Mil" means? |

It is relating to the legal limits of blood-alcohol content for driving a road vehicle which in some countries is 0.5‰ or 0.2‰ Therefore 12 per mil I imagine would kill you! |
