Mac Pro display problem?

Well as always, I was browsing down the Mac Pro's hoping to scoop up a deal. Anyway, I found a Mac Pro for £300 which was a reasonable spec.

However, in the listing it states: "It turns on but the display is blank ?.. i don't have a clue what this could be, thats why it is so cheap."

What could be the problem? Graphics card issue, RAM issue... etc.

Please let me know what could be affecting the issue before I buy.

to add a line break simply add two spaces to where you would like the new line to be.
