Reason I state such a specific game is that its about as high of graphics demands as I will really ever need. My current macbook (Macbook White Unibody 2010) can handle it on medium-low with standard specs. So I was wondering since they don't have dedicated graphics will they be able to handle light games such as these?

Macs are pretty good when it comes to graphics, but when time passes, graphics are going to slow down. I recommend you buy yourself a gaming Console, every game made for them works perfectly without having to edit any Graphics Settings ;).

My 2010 Macbook Pro 13-inch runned Black Ops without any mod, but with time I see my Graphics slow down its preformance, looking up for buying a 360 ;)
