Copyright problems?

I was thinking about using a Mac OS X Lion desktop background for my blog.. through Blogger. But now I was wondering if I do put it in, will it affect some copyright law of Apple's? Or are we allowed to use their desktop background? Thanks in advance for your help :)

I'm not sure, but people do post the image on different websites that end up on Google Images. However, I'm not sure. I don't see a problem with copyright though, if they had it copyrighted, don't you think apple would've slapped a drm on the file or make it unaccessible?
