Blackberry Torch 9850 Issue?!?!

I just recently bought a Blackberry Torch 9850 from US Cellular (Next best thing since they dont sell iPhones). In the last week i have had a issue with the phone becoming unresponsive and randomly restarting without prompting it to do so. Was wondering if anyother people have had this problem or not
