0	I had this problem before, I called MetroPCS (when I had Metro) and they replaced the phone for me at the store. You can probably skip calling them and go to the store, see if they can help you directly. answered Jan 08 '12 at 14:25 DJ Scooby Doo 9.5k●232●279●379
