Do you think the next iPod touch will have a second speaker aside the 30 pin connects and move the headphone jack to the top? What should the next iPod touch have?

I got a better idea...

We merge the iPod Classic and Touch, hence an iPod Touch with a 160GB microdrive.

I agree! Make an iPod big enough for people who LOVE MUSIC.

They already have one, it's called an iPod Classic. That's why you aren't seeing them that large yet, it would canabilize their iPod Classic sales.

In this day and age, people want more than just the ability to play songs and videos. They want the god damn internet in the palm of their hands, and that's why the iPod Touch is rather popular among my friends and I who work in places where cameras aren't allowed. And yes, we have 3RD gen iPod Touches. :P

I think the iPod touch is already a very nice device. But I think overtime if they start shoving A5s in them that would be cool. As for the speaker, well, most people with iPods have headphones with better quality sound then integrated ones anyway. So I think in the near future, probably not.

Well, the next iPod Touch should definitely have more RAM like the iPhone4 (and 4S) and iPad have (512 MB instead of 256 MB) and the new A5 processor wouldn't hurt either.
The low memory app crashes and lags are getting a bit annoying.

You think your iPod Touch 4 is slow? I've had the same first gen Touch for the last 4 years, lol.

Personally, I do not see them going this route to keep uniformity. Remember they are all about design; even the huge iPad only has one speaker. By uniformity, they will not want to make drastic changes to such a profitable line like that, plus all other devices are mono.

It will sport the A5, be thinner, and have more RAM. More than likely it will sport a higher capacity: maybe even 128GB!
