can you change out the intel HD graphics family card

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro C650 and its a good laptop, it has an I5 2.6 processor and 8GB of DDR3. the only thing it seems to lack is some sort of a decent graphics card, any ideas on how i can upgrade my graphics card or at least rig it to run games it should?
