A place to see all your interactions on Facebook?

I was wondering whether anybody knows of a service or a method on Facebook to see exactly what you've been doing. This would include all your comments, photos with you tagged, posts on your wall and other's. I know there's ways to see what interactions you've had with a singular person and you can also see what you have clicked 'like' on. However I would like to know if there is a way to see this all grouped together in one place?

Hopefully someone knows of something, but I honestly don't what you're looking for exists. Maybe it's something that they will expand on when it comes to their new timeline interface (which by the way is easier to see more of what's going on than before).
