I don't know if you will read this fully or not. Around a year ago I co-launched a website with a friend. Two weeks later we let another friend join our website. Later that person acted like the owned the site so we fired him. He sent my friend a email saying I never did anything for the site but what ever I did he removed. Then he made a video that said he canceled the site that was after he was fired. I made a video in response saying that he could not cancel the site due to him not working there anymore. He launched his own site a day later... That was good but there was a catch he was copying our content and ideas that we had recently planned. Then he emailed my asking for a bunch of my Youtube videos removed. I said I could keep them up since they showed no harm to his site. He insisted that they were removed. So he made a video targeting me saying that I was a terrible person (He has been cyber bulling me for a while). I made a response proving almost all of it wrong. Then he made another video saying that we were copying him. I emailed him asking what we stole from him but got no response do to no possible answer. So I also said that in a video. I downloaded his video, cut parts out where he was wrong played them in mine and then said the truth after. After that another video saying that he posted it all over the web. Sure enough he did. He put my personal email, ect. All over the web saying I have copied his site and I have picked on him. He tried his hardest just to make me look bad. Over 20 sites more than likely 2 hours of copying and pasting an paragraph and video on different websites. I deiced to leave it at that. I haven't contacted him since. But I do every now and then look and see how much they have copied. The other week I contacted Weebly (our host and their host) to see if they could take it down. They said they could not do anything with out court. I am 13 and hes 14 he lives on the other side of the us. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to get them to stop? Within my own reach. |
