Multi-network publishers for Facebook, Twitter, AND Google+

I am curious to know if there is an multi-network publishers like ping.fm or Seesmic out there that will support Facebook, Twitter, AND Google+. I know it deals a lot with APIs, but should not there be a solution already to support Google+?!

I do not like setting social networks to post to other social networks. I just want one single application to push status updates to each. I just think it would be more simplified and efficient!

What does the Lockergnome community think about this?
