My portable DVD player has just started doing this and I have no idea why or how to fix it , I don't exactly want to get rid of it yet , so does anyone have any idea's to help solve this issue?

Maybe the disk is dirty or has a scratch on it? Does it happen with all your DVDs or just one?

All the DVD's , The DVD's I put in it had no scratches and were very clean.
Maybe someone touched the laser. There's a reason why they say don't touch the laser.
