Hello all, I've run into a slight problem with PowerPoint 2011. I was trying to save a rather large PowerPoint to my USB flash drive, and it told me it ran into an error and I should save my presentation. I checked the directory on my flash drive that I was trying to save to, and this is part of what I found (there were more files and folders than this): The biggest problem is that these files won't delete. If I try to delete a folder, it does nothing. If I try to delete a file, it either tells me it can no longer find the file, or the file name is either not valid or too long. How do I delete these files and folders? Thanks in advance! EDIT: I should add that PowerPoint is still working like normal, and I was able to save the presentation successfully right after this error. |

Since these files are on your flash drive, copy off all of the important data from your flash drive. and then format it. |

Buddy this happend to my psp memory card you are not going to like my answer but anyway here it goes. Your pen drive is a fake; therefore the computer is not able to support it and it tends to create unwanted unusable data that is not delete-able. Memory motherboard and such accords are unreliable when it comes from a small dealer. If you notice that what you are getting ( in these material ) cheap then you have to assume there is something wrong with it Please buy an original pen drive thank you. |
