I've done it before but on a Vista machine, and I can't seem to get it to work. I'm now on a Windows XP Service Pack 3.

That's for Windows Media Center on Windows Vista and Windows 7, and I can't get Windows Media Center on Windows XP, or at least to the best of my knowledge I can't. Thanks for trying though. This could help a little. Some of the stuff in there is somewhat helpful.
