Who do you think is an underrated artist?

To me the most underrated artist is Moby. He hasn't gotten a lot of airtime at all, and I just discovered his music. It's 2012, yet I'm hearing music he made in 1999 for the first time. Who do you think is underrated and deserves more airtime?

I agree that Moby is underrated but the most underrated artist for me would be Stevie Wonder. If we are considering the fact that he is not as able in some aspects than others, in terms of creativity and his music sense, he is much better than most.
