Which HD camera do you recommend for under $70 that records in 720p?

I am in the need for a new HD camera because the one I use now is the one on my DSLR Nikon Coolpix L120 is the only HD camera I have. I do a lot of video recording and I want to buy something else so I don't have to use my DSLR camera as my main video camera because the battery life is bad when I take videos. What camera do you recommend that takes 720p HD video for under $70

You could probably find a Flip camera for under $70. Since they're no longer making them, prices are falling fairly quickly. I love mine.

Yeah I heard that Flip Camera's aren't made anymore but I want something more advanced with good zoom and clear audio!
