[closed] Computer freezes after startup(solved)

Hello i am trying to fix a friend's computer. The problem is that the computer freezes when i open any program. I have already updated all the drivers, did a fresh install, checked the ram. i have no clue what the problem might be, the computer runs fine in safe mode. Any ideas?

Sony Vaio 4 gigs ram 64-bit windows 7 I3 processor
