Yes it does. All 2009+ games from Windows Games has support for it and most have support for a joystick. All in the settings menu on your game. You will need to connect the pad to the PC via cable or bluetooth. Wouldn't that in ways hinder the amount of controls you have? I thought some games needed more buttons than what is provided on a gamepad MMORPGs are the only ones with massive amounts of keys. So I should be fine like call of duty and mafia 2 and games like that Yes. But expect to get powned in FPS while playing against PC players. Why would i get powned in FPS against PC players Xbox is slow compared to PC gaming. Your controller is not as fast as a mouse. You also don't have auto aim on PC and you will get a lot of recoil. Why can't you not get auto aim also if u use a USB controller would it not be as fast as your mouse Auto aim is something that consoles do. Makes you aim on the target and locks you on him... I can't explain the mouse thing. It is something you learn when you play PC and try out console. So is the Xbox gamepad the best choice or could recommend something like the same controller, like plays nearly all games If you want to play FPS on PC use a mouse. Car games gamepad. So i will just go with the xbox gamepad BEcause controllers cannot beat Mouse and keyboard users that have trained for hours! That's usually the case because a keyboard and mouse setup is more responsive than controller analogue sticks. You won't get powned, that opinion comes from bias against consoles. It's a players SKILL that makes the difference NOT the controller. I'd have to agree that the keyboard-mouse combination has greater potential for perfomance usage in FPS games online. However, one cannot but admit that certain games just play better on a controller!!! I use both - I have an XBox 360 controller I plug into my PC for use with specific games (Dead Space comes to mind quicly), and use the KB-Mouse combination with others... When you have both options to use, you quickly come to get a feel for which control-scheme is best for this or that game. And there's just no beating having options. :)
