C# is C# is C#... Visual C# is C# therefore C# is still C# visual or not.

but really. some people say "Visual C# is Microsoft's approach to it" and i find that responds rather idiotic and shows that people don't know much about where the language came from... Microsoft created C#. So is Visual C# Microsoft's approach to their own language? does that make any since? Some people say "Visual C# has more library/better/special." but once again the libraries does not create the language.

If anything. Visual C# is C# written using Microsoft's Visual Studio. But really No there is no difference.
