On my Lenovo IdeaPad V570, whenever I type things using the built-in keyboard, I can't use the trackpad at the same time. So when I move my player in Minecraft, I can't move the head. But whenever I plug in an external mouse or keyboard, it works fine. Does anyone have a fix for this?

It's supposed to be like that. You can't use both at once because it wants to reduce the chance of accidental cursor movement if your palms rub against the trackpad when you type. When you move a USB mouse or keyboard, it knows that they're separate and automatically disables. There should be an option in the mouse of keyboard section of the control panel. I know it was possible to turn it off when I had my old Acer (I use OS X now). Not sure how to do it on a Lenovo since every computer manufacturer is different.

If it helps, these are my settings. Would they be in here? http://anthonyguidetti.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/Settings.png

What happens when you select the trackpad and press the "Settings" button?
