Help! does anyone know how to fix youtube on metropcs?

I need some help really bad trying to figure out how to make youtube work on metropcs, ive tried everything i can possibly do, the only way it works is through wifi, but i tether my computer at work in order to get internet, but then youtube doesnt work over 4g internet on metropcs with the phone i have? i dont get how it was working before with no problems at all and now its just been 3 weeks with out youtube! im pulling my hair! if somebody actually has the time to read this, can you please be kind and help me research this problem, im pretty sure im not the only one with this issue. PLEASE HELP! lol

p.s Should i switch to another carrier soon? LOL !

Did you reset the phone? As in you took off the battery left it off for a minute while pressing the power button? I have a Samsung Galaxy Indulge from Metro and this happens to me too.

damn i tried still doesn't work! :( , metropcs has bad customer service as well i called them 3 times and they just keep hanging up on me !

I know they suck, lol. I only use them for that $60 4G plan and with root I can tether it to my laptop and have faster internet than I'd get at home. Try going to a company store, for example one that has the employees wearing uniforms rather than casual.
