I used to like smaller screens. I've since switched phones and my current phone has a 4.3" display. Personally, I like that it has a larger display. I originally thought it might be a problem but it's not really a hassle to me. It still fits in my hand and pockets fine and I haven't had any problems with it. Besides, the large screen really pays off when watching movies and what not. However, if you have a large display but it has a lower resolution it might not pay off over the extra space it takes up and things might look pixelated.

I like having the largest possible screen that can fit in a upper shirt pocket. without hanging out too much.

I'm with the rest of the camp so far: I believe in as large a screen - both physically and in resolution - as is practical in any situation / circumstance. From a phone perspective, iPhone size works for me. From a tablet perspective, 10" works - I don't think I'll personally popularise the iPad-mini. And from a laptop perspective I own a 1920x1200 17" MacBook. I could go with the 17" because the MBP specifically is built small and light enough that it feels like a 15" laptop but delivers like a 17". Anything larger would be too unwieldly. Hell, most 17" laptops I think are unwieldly, with the MBP and one or two others being exceptions...

eh. a little bigger than the iPhones screen but not so big its hard to type with one hand. i have an iPhone and i appreciate the thought of keeping it small to use with one hand, but i think it could be a little bigger and still be fine.

Bigger screen is better for me. I think we are getting used to bigger screens with big TV's and monitors a small screen just doesn't feel right.

This is different from person to person. More men like to use a big screen, women like to use small mobile phone. Its so funny with games.

I could go a bit larger then the iPhone, maybe to 4.0". It is suppose to be a phone not a tablet.
