On youtube I recently set up my account for monetization. What I was wondering is if iMovie theme music and sound effects would go against the copyright agreements and get my videos removed?

I believe that all of iLife's sound effects are royalty free.

Answer:
Yes, iMovie video and audio is able to be put on YouTube without copyright infringement.

Thanks! More of my videos then I originally thought can be monetized.
