Act like you don't care. Its no fun to blackmail something if you don't care.

You could tell the principal about what is going on, and see if they can put a stop to it as harassment. But there is no law that is being broken here.

I would just find blackmail on them, as they say "Payback is a b1tch." or just pretend you dont care.

No crime in kissing, but "Blackmail" is a crime.

18 U.S.C. § 873 "Whoever, under a threat of informing, or as a consideration for not informing, against any violation of any law of the United States, demands or receives any money or other valuable thing, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."

If I read this right, its not a crime unless they are using information "against any violation of any law of the United States" which makes you an accomplice either during the fact or after the fact. As you said, no crime in kissing, no crime in blackmail. just putting that out there

Blackmail is against the law. If you are truly being blackmailed you need to call the police. But please note: I did not read the description of your question, so this advice might no work for your exact situation.

Kissing is not a crime, therefor blackmail is not a crime. It is only a crime if the person black mailing is using a criminal act to black mail the person.

Plus you would not want to call the police, because you would be admitting guilt to what you did, which for it to be blackmail what you did would have to be against the law as well. This law is there to keep people from not reporting crimes.

What's so bad about people seeing pictures of you kissing someone? It's not like they're blackmailing you for dating your cousin.
