When will twitter following limit end for aggressive unfollowing?

I haven't reached my 2,000 follow limit yet, but Twitter has placed a following limit on my account for aggressive following and unfollowing..I really want my account back to normal, and I will not do it again...I want to know will this end soon, and am I just doomed?

Wow! I didn't know they did that. How did you trigger it; did you unfollow everyone on your list?

I think it was because I followed a lot of people and later unfollowed the ones who were not following me..It was a lot people
