Help with Skype. I want to know how to set it up this certain way.

Okay so I have a technical support type thing. Well I want it to be like a call center. I was wondering if everyone on the project team was signed in to the same Skype profile, could receive multiple calls. Like if someone calls the profile it will chose the available person. Or multiple accounts linked to one account. Is there a way? If not any suggestions for a different program or something. Thanks.

Skype does not have a function for that. It is made for people to call others and not in the way you want.

Call centres use custom software to suit their needs.

Jackster1337 is right. I used to work in a call centre and for what you are asking for it is not possible with Skype. Most call centres use specialized phone software running rj45 hard phones or soft phone for that matter on the computer itself. And for what it's worth in that instant. Might not be feasible in your situation.
