So in a question I asked not long ago, I mentioned monetizing my youtube videos. Well, some of them went successful. Yet others ended up not being able to be monetized. That sparked my question. Since it was mostly gameplay vids that were blocked, is that the reason? Do I not own the rights to that game and recording it? I already checked and the music I used is royalty free. |

Youtube will not accept GamePlay videos for monentization (or in some cases, even allowed on the site) without any voice over commentary over the video. Just straight game play is technically breaking copyright violation like a Movie. The Game Companies own the rights to their game, and for some reason, they have decided they don't want straight gampleplay on the site, |
