8GB M2 memory card not working correctly?

I bought a M2 memory card, a while back all was fine but today I thought I'll change some song's over and update some information, but for some reason the phone AND the memory card reader only see's the card as 3.50GB's what can I do to get this fixed?

Hope you guys can help me, need the card as I use my old phone as a mp4 player.
