Asus M2N68AM-Plus Q-Fan and AMD Cool and Quiet not working

This mobo advertises Q-Fan and Cool and Quiet but the fans are always at max rpm! I need help! I have both enabled in the BIOS. The manual isn't much help. If you know how to set it up on these ASUS boards please help! :D
