Help completing my album

I bought a song on iTunes last night. Today I decided I wanted to complete the album. I know iTunes has this thing, where if you buy one song.. you can complete your album for a reduced price. Correct? So, when I try to do this.. it is not recognizing or subtracting that song off the album. Can you help me?
