Hey Lockergnome,

Last night together with a friend of mine we played a Minecraft map and I recorded it with fraps in 1080P at around 30FPS. The original files are around 138 Gb in total and separated into multiple AVI's of max 3.2Gb (32 bit's software limit) which Premiere Pro doesn't open (it doesn't recognize the uncompressed AVI format).

Today I've convert all of the videos into one single MP4 by using FreeMake video covnerter (either bad software or the massive file size is messing with the audio synchronization) which is about 38.5Gb and freezes my MacBook Pro (17 inch latest version with 8 Gig of RAM) when I try to play it through VLC.

What would be a better way to convert all the Fraps uncompressed AVI's for use in Premiere pro CS5.5? They are all recorded at 1920*1080 (1080P) at around 30FPS and it's a total of 2 hours and 47 minutes.
