USB flash drive encryption (exFAT)

So i need to password protect my USB drive with a tool that supports exFAT i searched for a while but still no solution. i do not want to use bitlocker because i am on XP and bitlocker is read only. i was intending to use Safehouse but this only supports NTFS formatted drives. any other software outthere?
