the site design seems fine, it is a clean layout that does not make it hard to get to the content
other than that, for the videos, you need to increase the levels (audio levels are very low)
Usually what is recommended for levels, is to match the vocal levels found in common online shows such as those from revision 3. (this prevents the user from having to constantly adjust volume levels between videos)
Other than that, try to keep the audio levels of the intro theme close to the levels of the vocals (eg for the video named "How I Get Video Ideas" the intro theme has a lot of audio clipping.
for 2 of your videos that I looked at, the vocals are 24-32dB lower than the intro music, which means if someone has their volume at a level to easily hear the vocals, then the theme will basically shake the room.
(for shows on networks like revision 3, they generally keep the vocals in a range of -12 to -3 dB where -3 is the upper end of your normal speaking volume and the components of the vocals hover around -9 to -3 (with slightly lower speaking coming in at around -12) they seem to also run compression on their mixing equipment so shouts d not really go above -3dB
other than that, you have a decent site and content
