Owkay, so my friend brought a new laptop and then installed MSOffice Pro x64 in it. prior to that, we've already installed windows 7 x64 ultimate and dot net framework 4 half way through the installation, the process froze and the progress bar no longer moves forward even after an hour. so we cancelled the process (even that took long) then we decided to end process it with the task manager.
problem now is we can't try to reInstall the office 'cause it says the previous installation was incomplete. then we tried to uninstall it. but, we can't.
i tried to manually delete the folder "Microsoft Office" from program files, and i did delete it except I can't delete the groove.dll something.
what process should i end to delete that? and How do I fully uninstall office / remove its component? thanks!

If you don't find soulution for that try to boot in safe mode, as Administrator, and then first try to uninstall it from control panel, if you can't do that, then delete all files. Cause probably that groove.dll is under one process and because of that you can't delete it. And in safe mode windows doesn't start any processes except "main ones".
