One of my cousins had her Macbook stolen, but I don't know anything about Macs and want the community to help me, she says she has installed tracking software and icloud, and can access the laptop though the internet. Given all the info over to the police, but they said they cant do much.

So I'm really hopeing that someone who is better with Apple computers can help me help her to get it back. I'm real good with Windows based systems but a real beginner when it comes to MAC!

All Mac's and all iDevices have a tracking feature for example on the iPhone you can go online and find it on a map and see the location of the iPhone. If she did that and printed the map off the police should be able to do something about it. That is one of the reasons Apple made that feature available in their products. Well of course it helps if you lose your device to but still.
