[closed] How do I reformat my Western Digital Passport?

I have a Western Digital Passport, I don't know the size, but it is corrupt because it's telling me it has like 600mb of space (in all, not used or available, overall), which I know is a lie because of how much I used to put on there. But I need to format it. How do I do so? I thought it was

Start>Computer>Right-Click [Passport's Driver]>Format

But when I right-click it, there is no format option. Is it that corrupt, or am I failing? Is there anything else I can do?

[PS: I'm on Vista]
