I need to know is there any way to recover your windows 7 back to the way it was when it was originally installed i am using it on bootcamp windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

If you own that copy of windows, and have the Microsoft product key, you own a copy of windows, you can download (through torrents) a copy of windows 7*, since you have the product key you are allowed to download it, you can then re-install Windows 7, which i assume is what you want to do. I don't know how to install it on boot camp, but this should help with the re-install.

*When you buy windows you aren't paying for the disk, you are paying for the use of the product, through the product key, meaning as long as you own the product key you can download the disk iso.

what if you have used your licence key up 3 times is the limit i think what should i do then?

I think you can call Microsoft and explain to them what happened. Maybe they can give you a new key or an access code to install 7. I mean you don't have to install 7 with a key until 30 days after the installation.

I would call microsoft, then as @DJ_Scooby_Doo said they're usually pretty good about that.

to recover window without a disk

shut down window when rebooting before the window tile shows just press f8 windows will recover to its factory installed state no product key required since it is recovering from backup image which is created on a separate part of the HD when windows was orginally installed the frist time..
